Specific services provided by PingNan Tech Ease may be subject to separate written agreements. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a separate service agreement, the separate agreement shall prevail.
Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingNan Tech Ease and Dongguan Pingnan Huan Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PingNan Tech Ease, Dongguan Pingnan Huan Technology Co., Ltd., and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.

These Terms, together with any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and PingNan Tech Ease regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
